There is a small chicken coop on the property. The chickens may be free-ranging in the yard, but generally they keep their distance from people. We recommend that children are not left unsupervised around the chickens and we are happy to keep them secured in their fenced run during your stay should that be preferred. The separate basement apartment may be occupied at your time of rental but will NOT impact your privacy or security in any way.
