The loft is beautifully designed with everything you need. Spacious, super clean, in a safe location, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Joseph is very quick to respond and gracious. It’s absolutely perfect, can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Loft! The apartment was just as described. We would definitely stay here again. Buchanan is a nice little town and we felt very safe. The hosts were great with communication.

Me and a couple friends stayed here for 2 nights from Illinois, honestly for the price it was WORTH IT. It was very roomy, enough for the 6 of us to play some card games and just enjoy our time together after we had a long day of going out, it’s not too far from new buffalo and another beach we went to. This is also considering they are re doing the whole street so it was a little confusing getting there to the parking sense majority of the Main Street where blocked off but I would def come back and see the town once it’s done being re worked and would gladly stay again.

This is our 2nd time staying with Joseph and once again- his home was far beyond anything we could have asked for. His home is absolutely beautiful & very cozy. Plus spotless!! He’s truly thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are cookies and fresh eggs from his chickens greeting you in the kitchen, games to play, toiletries if you forget something- the list goes on! We love staying here & 100% recommend.

This place is amazing. I wish I had longer to stay. Was a great place to spend time with friends and to get ready for my wedding.
Lots of amenities, close to Niles and Buchanan w/out being too far from New Buffalo.
The master is beautiful. Joseph personally stopped by to light the master fireplace on our request. Loved the tub in the bathroom. The porch was a great place to spend evenings and the kitchen had everything you could need (including cookies and fresh eggs from the backyard chicken coop)

This was the perfect place for all the siblings and cousins to get together for some much needed time together. The open concept living/dining space was great to always be together and not closed off. The back yard was a perfect amount of space for both kids and adults to play and set up recreation equipment. The kitchen was an absolute dream for the amount of families and items we had/planned to make. It was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking and so comfortable to work in. Double refrigerator, oven, and dish washer made for easy cooking and clean up.
Aside from the place itself, Joseph was an incredible host. He gave great recommendations, had unanticipated extra things to offer, and was super responsive and caring when we had needs or questions. We would definitely look to stay here again upon doing another sibling gathering.

Joseph, we thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We were very pleasantly surprised and loved that it was full of Christmas decorations to celebrate our pre-Christmas visit and we enjoyed the view of the falling snow from the main floor living room while we had a fire going. We thank you so much for this beautiful countryside gem. Our favorite part of the house was honestly everything ... from the Christmas decorations to the fireplace, to the natural elements such as the exposed brick, wood and rock, and picturesque and expansive fireplace on the main floor. We enjoyed all the space the house provided, the huge windows, and the themes in each bedroom. We had an amazing time and were able to celebrate the life of our wonderful, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and make some lasting memories for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Have a very blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year.
