Me and a couple friends stayed here for 2 nights from Illinois, honestly for the price it was WORTH IT. It was very roomy, enough for the 6 of us to play some card games and just enjoy our time together after we had a long day of going out, it’s not too far from new buffalo and another beach we went to. This is also considering they are re doing the whole street so it was a little confusing getting there to the parking sense majority of the Main Street where blocked off but I would def come back and see the town once it’s done being re worked and would gladly stay again.

We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home! Fun, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

Very beautiful place! Everything is well kept and just as described. Joesph is so nice and responsive. There was construction going on when we were arriving so we got a little lost. Joesph was very fast responding and even came to find us and show us exactly where it was. I highly recommend!! Ten out of ten! Amazing! 🤩

This place is gorgeous and spacious on the inside. The full size bedrooms are large, and the addition of the loft is fun and adds good flexibility for use of space. The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room is cozy and has board games etc if you dont wanna use the tv. Hosts are very responsive. The town is undergoing construction but the side walks are intact leaving the business accessible and doesn't impact much if you're looking for a cozy home base to relax after days spent out. 100% reccomend for any stay in area, me and my friends loved it.

Joseph’s place was super clean and was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and Joseph answered us immediately every time. He dropped off some cookies we enjoyed they were delicious!! Nothing could’ve made our stay better

Where to begin? This is our second stay at the loft in just two months and Joseph and Brandon are the consummate hosts. Our trip was a bit unexpected (we were back in town for a loved one's funeral) and Joseph and Brandon were so incredibly accommodating, gracious, and thoughtful at every point during our stay. With so much on our minds and hearts that week, it was truly a gift to feel completely taken care of in a home away from home.
We had the pleasure of bumping into Joseph in town on the day we checked in and he was just as warm and welcoming in person. Thank you, Joseph and Brandon, for everything. We're so very appreciative of all that you do.

This is our 2nd time staying with Joseph and once again- his home was far beyond anything we could have asked for. His home is absolutely beautiful & very cozy. Plus spotless!! He’s truly thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are cookies and fresh eggs from his chickens greeting you in the kitchen, games to play, toiletries if you forget something- the list goes on! We love staying here & 100% recommend.

This place is amazing. I wish I had longer to stay. Was a great place to spend time with friends and to get ready for my wedding.
Lots of amenities, close to Niles and Buchanan w/out being too far from New Buffalo.
The master is beautiful. Joseph personally stopped by to light the master fireplace on our request. Loved the tub in the bathroom. The porch was a great place to spend evenings and the kitchen had everything you could need (including cookies and fresh eggs from the backyard chicken coop)
